She was very flexible with our schedule, and made sure everything was completed so we could move out of state before our house was sold. All the paperwork was completed in advance so we didn't have to return for the final closing. She was very professional and communicated with us regularly. Jen is definitely the agent you want in a competitive market. We had 2 other agents who were both very nice, but could not get it done for us at the height of the housing frenzy. She does not hesitate to get someone on the phone (repeatedly if that's what it takes) and advocate for you as a viable client. Jen gets it done, but also knows small (or not so small) details that are important, such as local taxes to prepare for in that first year, additions to the purchase like American Home Shield in case there are items the inspector does not find (which saved us about $2k this first year), or just knowing what you, the client, is really looking for, but also what it realistic. We really appreciated that she took a good hour with us (at least an hour) for our first meeting to get to know what we were looking for, our history with home buying, etc., then had a good feel for sending us listings, but did not desperately bombard us, let us look, then she was on it when the time came to act. We lost out on multiple properties before connecting with Jen, she was the one who was able to get it done for us!
