Jennifer sends out monthly fliers and they caught my attention so I thought I’d bring her in and see how comfortable and in tune with her. WOW! There aren’t enough stars for her!! I could go on and on about how incredible she is; her professionalism, extreme knowledge, organizational and innovative skills, but I think you understand where I stand on my hiring her. Oh, and did I mention that by taking her advice on things to do to improve on my house, it sold in two days for $15,000 above the asking price. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen any professional who consistently got 5 stars. Well now I have. She is now even more in tune with assisting mature adults in their selling of their homes, because in addition to all the realtor courses and experience she has, she took the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation which equips her with the knowledge to handle mature adults in their housing transitions.
Jennifer was a dream to work with. We started discussions with her a few months before we were going on the market. With her help, we made a list of updates to make to our house ahead of selling. We did everything she said to do and we were 100% booked each day for 4 days straight once we went Active.
