I was greatly pleased with the sale. House went up and had an offer in two days that met my criteria. Accepted offer and then the trouble began. I had a water line break in my house which caused extensive damage. With Jenny's help the buyers were willing to work with the closing date so repairs could be done even though they had requested a pretty tight window. When repairs took longer then first quoted Jenny again helped with the buyers and we eventually were able to move on with the sale. Jenny did a great professional job in making this all happen

Jennifer did an excellent job for me both in selling my home and helping me find a new one to purchase. My house sale was easy we had an offer very quickly that we accepted. Unfortunately after accepting the offer I had some problems in my house with a water line break, Jennifer did an excellent job keeping new buyers in the loop and getting me extra time to get repairs done with out any negative effects. I really appreciated her efforts. Buying for me was a total experience. I don't know how many houses I saw and made bids on that weren't accepted for various reasons. Jennifer helped us sell our house and find a new home. She worked hard to get us the best price on the sale of our house and made the steps simple by updating us daily. She was knowledgeable and well equipped to handle pictures, showings, offers, and contracts. While searching for a new home she made herself available everyday to visit houses we liked as soon as possible. In this market you have to be quick and Jennifer did just that.
