She made the process which was pretty foreign to me painless and had a lot of patience educating me about what needed to be done. The overall experience was great but what really stood out for me were two things. First, her understanding that an online presence with professional photos and staging is incredibly important in today's world. The images were beautiful and showcased my place in a perfect way. And the staging for the photos paid dividends for in-person visits. Next, her willingness to listen and discuss important details such as pricing and timetable was great. She was open to take the time to explain her views and listen to mine and come up with a shared plan that we both could truly stand behind. If you have the chance to work with Jennifer...do it!

Jen is one the best Realtors I’ve worked with. She listened to our needs and concerns relative to listing our home of almost 15 years. When their work was done, she came in with beautiful pieces of furniture and accessories from her staging company and created a space that we barely recognized. By the time our condo was on the market for three days, we had multiple offers, and on the fourth day, we had a fully executed contract, which was for an amount that was 8% over the asking price. We could not have been more pleased with the service that Jen provided and look forward to recommending her to our friends.
