I relocated from Pensacola, Florida back to my hometown, Findlay, Ohio on FRIDAY, 07/05/24, after driving by myself, with my Yorkie (Enzo) in a U-Haul all day / night, minus a few hours sleep at a hotel in northern Georgia, pulling my car on a trailer. On SATURDAY, 07/06/24, I started looking for a home to purchase. On SUNDAY, 07/07/24, Jennifer noticed me on Zillow and immediately contacted me. Also on SUNDAY, 07/07/24, we scheduled an appointment for MONDAY morning, 07/08/24, at 9:00 A.M., to look at a house. I loved the house as soon as I first stepped / walked inside (729 Dayton Avenue). We immediately put an offer in, then after a couple of counter offers, and after my last counter offer, for $207,000, the seller accepted. My forever home was built during 2019; it’s a 3 bedroom / 2 & 1/2 bath / 2 car garage / basement, etc… “JENNIFER BALL IS DA’ BOMB!!!”…
