Jennifer had the intuition to send us a listing even though we weren't really sure if we wanted to buy or build. We had an existing lot we owned and purchased with her a while back. With the intentions to build. With the rising costs of building, we were unsure. She sent us this listing because she listens to her clients and has a great sense of fit for her clients needs. She knew we would be the right owners for the farmhouse she sent us. Which we ended up buying and are now renovating. It was the easiest big purchase we ever made. She kept us updated throughout the process. And was on top of every aspect of the sale. We have bought, renovated, and sold many homes over the years. However, working with Jennifer on this purchase was by far the easiest and smoothest. She is so easy to get a long with and has a great vision for what a homes potential could be. Honestly, we didn't look at any other properties. She knew us, and new that this would be a good fit for our family and we love it. We are so thankful to have been able to work with Jennifer and highly recommend her to any of our friends.

Jennifer was great to work with. Since I was out of state I relied upon her to get information for me and she was always very responsive. I never had to follow up with her to get the information. Since I was out of state and not extremely familiar with Chelsea, she provided me recommendations and guidance to a variety of businesses that I found useful.

Jennifer was extremely helpful and very easy to work with! She made our first home buying experience so easy! She replies very quick to e-mails, is almost always available and if she is not she will go above and beyond to have someone else fill in for her. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to looking at homes and during inspections. We would recommend her to our family and friends!
