But because Jenny’s photographer was above & beyond what we had expected, her home description warm & inviting & her expert advice in pricing our home exact. The result was that within 10 days we had a buyer that offered significantly more than asking price. She was on target from the very beginning - so very personable & down to earth. Communication with Jenny was effortless & assuring. Some challenges along the way that looked impossible to overcome were met with a quiet confidence and wisdom, so much so that these difficulties were turned to advantage. Not only did we close escrow on the sale of our home on the assigned date, but Jenny got us into our newly purchased home (again navigating the challenges with great skill & finesse), even arranging to close escrow early, which allowed us to move in sooner that expected. All in all, we would rate our experience much higher than a five. We can’t say enough & recommend Jenny highly. Through the ups & downs that come with selling & buying a home, Jenny remained calm & collected & because of that, we did also. She did what we thought would be impossible & she did it with calm assurance & skill. We could not have asked for a more positive & perfect experience.
