We had a big task she’s of us to prepare the house to be shown. In the midst of what seemed like an endless checklist to even get our house to market, Jen was PERSISTENT, helping us stay on task and bringing all the right resources to the table for us. Our house went to market in the midst of a high interest climate, in the fall/winter season. It would have been easy to give up as things slowed down dramatically. Jen was PERSISTENT, convincing us to stay the course and getting creative in the ways we could broaden our audience. When we got an offer, we had the unique opportunity of pursuing a loan assumption. It felt like endless paperwork, questions we didn’t understand, and answers that we weren’t sure where to find. Jen was PERSISTENT, keeping us organized, getting the answers we needed, doing research in our behalf, and working through the checklists of a difficult lender. Speaking of which, the lender was so very difficult to work with in this situation. At times we felt so frustrated, even defeated as it was so difficult to even get a response. But Jen was PERSISTENT, staying on hold for long periods of time on our behalf, knowing when to be tough with the lender and when to be patient, making sure that there was no excuse for the lender by ensuring all of our paperwork and any information they needed was delivered in a timely and thorough fashion. She even helped us navigate an agreement with our buyers so they could move into the house early before closing due to the unreasonable amount of time the lender took to complete this transaction. All that to say, THANK YOU JEN FOR YOUR PERSISTENCE! You stuck with us through a difficult journey of selling our house. And if we ever take that journey again, you can bet 100% we will take it with Jennifer Harris!
