With over 27 years of experience in real estate, homebuilding and remodeling, Jennifer Arriaga understands her clients’ needs and provides a turnkey approach to real estate. Jennifer has the ability to offer her clients a full-service approach including finding the right home or property, painting a vision of a home’s potential, and evaluating whether or not a property is a good investment. In new home construction, she helps her clients through the land purchase, home design and the building process providing valuable feedback along the way.

Jennifer has an outstanding reputation and referral rate in Houston. Her area of focus includes, but is not limited to, Memorial Villages, Spring Branch, Royal Oaks Country Club, Central West Houston, West University, East Downtown and Rice/Museum District.
Jennifer is a Broker and Partner at the Daniel Group specializing in luxury homes. She is also committed to helping other Agents grow their business and to educating them through her experience. Born and raised in Houston, Jennifer moved a way for only two years of college before returning to the University of Houston to earn her bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She started her career in Houston with an advertising agency specializing in real estate. Jennifer worked with Sunrise Colony Company for the startup of Royal Oaks Country Club in 1999 as Director of Marketing. After a few years, she transitioned to working for builders and developers before starting her own company with her husband. Jennifer has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006.
Jennifer also formerly served on the Board of Directors and as an Executive Committee Member of the Greater Houston Builders Association. She served as the Public Relations Chairman for the Texas Association of Builders, and a Board Member for the National Association of Builders. In addition, Jennifer was President of Custom Builder Council, and she was awarded 2008/2009 Custom Builder of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association.
Jennifer is married and the mom of two girls who are both in college. When she is not working, she enjoys watching her daughter cheer in college, visiting her sophomore at Ole Miss, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
