When there was a delay in the closing of the house we sold, she worked with the seller of our new home to make sure we didn’t lose the house. Jennifer was great at returning calls and emails and staying on top of what was going on. The first closing was cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. They day before the closing was rescheduled, there was a long list of items that still were not completed, although the builder had assured us they would be done on time. Jenn stepped in and got things moving and other than 2 items that were on order, everything was done and we were able to close as scheduled.
