She was very knowledge of the market and advised me to price the townhouse at $95,000. This sold quickly, saving me a long wait during which I would have had to pay for insurance, co-op association monthly fee, and city and state taxes. Comparing my townhouse with other similar properties that were sold in the area at the time, I found the price that Jennifer advised to be a competitive and appropriate price, not too low nor too high. Jennifer was very good at communication and responded fully and promptly to my questions and phone calls. I found her to be a thoughtful, pleasant, and reliable sales agent representing me.
