Jennifer is a Total Delight!

Jennifer was strongly referred to me by a friend. I was selling a home that I had inherited, which had flooded, twice. She stepped right in and counseled me on how to proceed. I am a senior and had trust issues over the whole process, but her calming nature helped me. She set the price of the home based on the market and sold it in 5 days over the asking price. The impressive thing is that she explained to me each offer and why some were valid and some were not. I am happy for the investor who bought my home and hope to see the renovation one day. I had a realtor before who sold my house and helped me buy the new one. Once it was over and there were issues, she was gone. Not so, with Jennifer. 4 months later, she is helping me deal with a water bill problem with the City of Houston. I will have a house in Sandcreek to sell one day.
