Not being from Colorado, Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable about the Evergreen/Conifer area and helped us think though the many considerations of finding a home. While this was not our first home, we learned a lot from her during our searching and buying process. Since we are out of state, Jennifer was very accommodating with home tours by FaceTime with us as well as making sure we got to see as many homes as possible when we were visiting the area. Throughout the year of us looking, she was incredibly responsive to our questions and house tour requests. Even when we were getting discouraged that we would never find a home, Jennifer supported us in continuing our search. In the end we found a house that was exactly what we wanted. She was always professional and the amount of information she supported us with was incredible. We don’t think we could have worked with a better realtor agent!

We started with Jennifer actually over 2 years ago when she showed us a home and we decided to ask her if she'd be our realtor. In April we went under contract but unfortunately we decided not to go through with the purchase after finding out more after inspection and disclosure about the land. It could have been awkward but Jennifer worked with us to communicate clearly through it and we all were open to learning from it as we moved forward. About 10 weeks later we found our house and are SO glad we waited and got a better house for our needs! Jennifer's suggestion about making a correctly-priced offer (when we were the 2nd offer that morning!) was spot on and we were able to go under contract that afternoon. During inspection, she kept everyone amicable so that a tiny glitch didn't become a deal-breaker. And the final walkthrough was so rewarding, as we exchanged information and got to know to the sellers more. Jennifer made the whole process so smooth.. we couldn't have done it without her! I highly recommend her without reservation for your buying or selling needs.

When we finally decided to make the move during Covid (an extra challenging time), she held our hands (with gloves, ha ha) the entire way and made the process as seamless as possible. She is the absolute best- extremely knowledgeable about the process and the local Evergreen market, incredibly patient/zero pressure, ALWAYS working for her clients' best interests no matter what, always cool and calm but will fight for you when needed, and to top it off she is a lovely and kind human and totally enjoyable to work with.
