Jennie helped us buy this home 7 years ago. When it came time for us to sell this home, she was our only call. She did market research and compiled a report illustrating houses in our area over the past few days/weeks. We communicated that we were in search of a different location outside the Treasure Valley and Jennie was diligent in finding other listed properties for us to give look. We communicated to Jennie that we were in need to sell promptly as we needed to meet our sellers' needs and timeline. Jennie brought in a professional photographer for our listing and brought in an interior designer who helped us to get our home stage-ready for photos and showings. If your realtor does not have this knowledge and skillset to do this for you, then you are already at a disadvantage if you need to sell. Our house hit the MLS late on a Friday. She had planned an Open House for the next day (Saturday). Jennie priced our home competitively, but to our advantage. The open house was beyond a success with over 50 prospective buyers visiting the home, one being the buyer we needed and hoped for. Our home had an accepted offer in 4 days, in a market that she predicted might require as much as 6 weeks. Jennie has been great from our initial phone call up to this point where we turned the keys over this morning.
