Being from California and not familiar with any real estate sales in Arizona, particularly on vacant land in Rio Rico, AZ, Jenner, was able to give us an estimated market value for the parcels which were much higher than expected within 24 hours. Much to our surprise, we had offers on both parcels within a week and were able to close both transactions on the same day within a month without any contingencies. This was all due to Jenner's communication skills, her knowledge of Arizona real estate, all the time being very professional and courteous throughout the entire transaction.
