Jennel is exceptionally talented and worth her weight in gold! I recently hired Jennel to help me purchase my first investment property that was somewhat complex due to a 1031 exchange. This caused additional stress due to the time limit involved. The purchase of this investment property was also a challenge due some special circumstances not typically seen in most real estate transactions. Jennel always had a list of properties ready to view and was even able to get me a viewing of a house before it went on the market. It was that commitment and dedication that allow me to make an offer and the home was removed from the market before it ever went active!
