It was a smooth and stress-free experience working with Jenna Nancy on purchasing our first investment property. Our friends who are professors in UC Merced worked with them on purchasing their first house a few years ago and recommended them to us. We have busy works in the Bay Area, so we only met Jenna and Nancy once when we toured house listings in Merced. After that, Jenna and Nancy took care of all the communications with the sellers, arranged all the inspections/repairs, and provided us guidances on setting up the house as a rental property. We used email and text messages for most of our communications, which gave us flexibility. Their responses were very fast without delay. We ended up purchasing the house we like the most from the five houses we toured on that day with a price lower than the listing price and we made only one offer. Their experiences and efficient guidances saved us a lot of time, so that we can focus on our busy works and keep the property investment a stress-free side hustle.

Jenna was a joy to work with! As out-of-state buyers, we relied on her knowledge of Merced, and it's neighborhoods, coupled with our purchasing goals. She was a strong advocate for what we were looking for, and did not encouage us to "settle." Merced is an interesting market and Jenna kept us updated when new houses came on the market, and showed us homes via video walk-throughs, although we had a time difference. She was always receptive to our needs. She was nuetral, showing off the property and was knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the neighborhood, the builders and issues to consider prior to our purchase. We cannot thank her enough for guiding us in our purchase of a wonderful home in Merced.

Jenna was extremely helpful in my purchase of my condo. I am a first time buyer with very little knowledge about the whole process and Jenna took the time to meet with me on multiple occasions to walk me through the process. I was able to contact Jenna via phone calls and messages whenever I had any questions and she always responded quickly and with helpful answers.

I wanted to start out by saying that Jenna was great with the selling process. The one negative thing I could say I felt like my husband and I had to reach out on order to gather information. Not saying this was Jenna's fault but most likely the buyers who purchased the house. Lots of extensions. Other than that I would use her again if I ever needed to sell again.

Great to work with once again. Jenna took care of the details above and beyond without having to ask. Perhaps the best way to sum it up I live out of state and never set foot on the property during this process. She staged, coordinated and even lined up some repairs for me! Thank you!
