I’m a Northern California Realtor with 15+ years of experience helping people buy, sell, and rebuild, sometimes literally. I got my start in the foreclosure world, managing properties for major institutions like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and quickly learned how to evaluate value, coordinate repairs, and get results under pressure. These days, I focus on helping sellers maximize their profits and minimize the chaos, especially in Butte County and the surrounding areas. I’ve closed thousands of transactions over the years, but what I’m most proud of is how I show up. I’m the one who calls in the roofer, coordinates the septic pump, manages the timeline, negotiates with the other side, and keeps everyone moving toward the finish line, even if you're halfway across the country or halfway through a life transition. Some recent wins: • Helped a seller move cross-country to be closer to family, while navigating medical needs, selling a lot with septic issues, and coordinating a double escrow • Sold a mini subdivision of five homes in Paradise by coordinating the builds, managing the resale, and getting every home sold in under 21 days • Helped dozens of families return to Paradise post-fire by working closely with city officials, contractors, and insurers to get people home again • Sold land and income properties with zoning challenges, access issues, or no utilities and made them marketable I’m hands-on, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure. Most of my clients are juggling a move, a major life shift, or both, and they rely on me to make it manageable. I specialize in listings, relocation coordination, land sales, and properties with quirks such as septic systems, insurance hurdles, and zoning changes. I’m also known for helping sellers increase their home’s value with simple, cost-effective upgrades. Beyond the paperwork, I’m community-rooted. I live in Butte County, love this landscape, and support small businesses, local nonprofits, and rebuilding efforts after the Camp Fire. I'm also a mom, a travel-lover, a bit of a coffee addict, and someone who believes “home” should always feel like your safest place.
