Jenna was a pleasure to work with. I was unsure of which town out of a few that I wanted to buy in. She patiently found homes in all areas that I requested and was always available for questions from me. I think that one big reason Jenna is so good at her job is that she genuinely enjoys what she does for a living. That is clear in her attention to detail and and excitement at a great find! I would definitely use Jenna for any realty needs in the future.

I actually worked with Jenna twice...on the same house. She helped me find a house to buy and 13 years later she helped me sell it. Both experiences were great. When I was looking for a house she helped me choose a neighborhood and eventually a house. When I was ready to sell my house she helped me determine the selling price and told me what changes I should make. The house was on the market for day and had multiple offers. I highly recommend Jenna. Her knowledge of the Philadelphia area and the real estate market helped me buy and sell my home with ease.

Several months before I was even serious enough to start looking at homes, I clicked on a link in a website for a home in the South Philadelphia area that I was curious about. I was contacted by Jenna who understood that I was just "window shopping". She spoke with me, answered questions and did not pressure me to start the search prematurely. Several months had passed until it was time for my husband and I to officially start the search. The three of us met and had a frank discussion about a list of must haves, our price range and areas of interest. Jenna did not force us to look at any properties outside of our price point or ones she knew wouldn't fit our wants or needs. She took us to houses that fit into what we wanted and not what she thought we wanted. We appreciated her listening to our needs and wants, not forcing us into a home we would not like long-term. I would definitely recommend Jenna if you are serious and want someone who has your best interests in mind.

Jenna showed me a range of houses within my price range and that met my other criteria. She had a very good knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods so was a great help in steering me to homes that would meet my needs. The search was complicated by low inventory and competition for the houses and condos that came on the market. Jenna took me out many times over 2-3 months and was able to find a house that met my criteria and quickly prepare an offer. She was knowledgable about real estate practices in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia. She was a great help in my search for a home!

Jenna was there when we needed her, not pushy, just available. She sent us updates on homes and scheduled visits, accompanying us whenever possible. She helped us find the perfect house and get it for a price we were comfortable with in a Seller's market. Her negotiating was amazing, her understanding of the whole process and her assistance was exactly what we needed, as we hadn't been through this process in 33 years. If we do have to go through this again, I'd want her by my side. She's knowledgeable, professional, friendly, caring.
