She’s always available to answer questions, gets on escrow to move things along, has all sorts of contacts for things you may want done, and is just generally on top of it while moving to push everything through. We were going to replace our kitchen flooring before listing and Jenna said why pay $$$$ for something your buyer will pull up. She suggested cleaning it and recommended a carpet cleaner and he did a great job. I liked that she didn't ask me to remove furniture and "stage" the house. Sale was fast and our terms were met.
