Jenna helped us find the ideal home within our budget in a very limited time period. She negotiated well for us and walked us through the whole process. She was available for the inspection, minor repairs and even when the movers delivered 5 days early! She was easy to get in touch with and is even helping us to this date as we are new to the area.

I have closed on ten houses and had ten different realtors in those transactions... Jenna was the best one by a wide, wide margin. I was at first totally impressed with her responsiveness and diligence in trying to understand our needs and wants. She only had our interests at heart, and gave us frank honest feedback on whether a house was priced too high, had issues that weren't apparent to the buyer, and how much negotiating leverage we had. She often put her own commission in jeopardy, I've never felt that previous realtors were totally on my side due to their commission - I NEVER had that feeling with Jenna. As we were often not present for key parts of the sale, she was always there to let inspectors and contractors in, and truly went above and beyond the call of duty. On top of everything, she is so easy and pleasant to work with. While she is relatively new to Melbourne Beach, she has made several useful connections, and we have been happy with all vendors she recommended (while she never 'pushed' for a single one of them). I'm a pretty hard grader, but Jenna received an A+ from me. A delightful person to work with!
