Jenna provided a fantastic, timely and professional home buying experience. She went above and beyond in getting the offer accepted, provided constant communication and guided us from offer to closure. I highly recommend Jenna and will use her realtors services again.
My experience with Jenna Deal was absolutely Fantastic! I could not have asked for a better realtor to take on my extremely difficult sale! I don't think anyone else could have gotten the job done. Jenna is honest, pleasant, genuine, hard working and someone you can definitely trust with your investments! She is golden in my book and I'm very much looking forward to doing future business with Jenna Deal!
Most professional realtor I have ever been associated with and this was my fifth house I purchased. Ms. Deal knew the type of house and area we wanted and she guided us to a contract within just a few days. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a house in Florida.
My family and I love Jenna!! She was super responsive and very knowledgeable in the homes we were interested in. She made sure we understood everything and went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted! We recommend her to everyone we talk to who is looking for a realtor. Thank you Jenna!!
Jenna helped us find the ideal home within our budget in a very limited time period. She negotiated well for us and walked us through the whole process. She was available for the inspection, minor repairs and even when the movers delivered 5 days early! She was easy to get in touch with and is even helping us to this date as we are new to the area.
Jenna was a wonderful lady! Very kind and very helpful! I would recommend her to anyone! She was always responsive, and she got us the best house at our price point.
I have closed on ten houses and had ten different realtors in those transactions... Jenna was the best one by a wide, wide margin. I was at first totally impressed with her responsiveness and diligence in trying to understand our needs and wants. She only had our interests at heart, and gave us frank honest feedback on whether a house was priced too high, had issues that weren't apparent to the buyer, and how much negotiating leverage we had. She often put her own commission in jeopardy, I've never felt that previous realtors were totally on my side due to their commission - I NEVER had that feeling with Jenna. As we were often not present for key parts of the sale, she was always there to let inspectors and contractors in, and truly went above and beyond the call of duty. On top of everything, she is so easy and pleasant to work with. While she is relatively new to Melbourne Beach, she has made several useful connections, and we have been happy with all vendors she recommended (while she never 'pushed' for a single one of them). I'm a pretty hard grader, but Jenna received an A+ from me. A delightful person to work with!
Jenna was absolutely wonderful. She showed us everything we initially thought we wanted, and then she showed us homes in all of the areas we didn’t know about. I can’t thank her enough for all of her help, guidance, and patience.
Fantastic help bought and sold several properties works extremely hard and very detail-oriented. Which gives you a market analysis is very detailed not just a bunch of other listings side by side.
