This was incredibly helpful because it gave me a better idea of what was next and how long the sale would roughly take. She then made well founded recommendations on steps to take with the house before putting it up for sale. She helped me get those recommendations completed, of which was a house cleaning, landscaping and small repairs. Jenn was great with communicating through the process and keeping me up to date. I never felt out of the loop or unaware of what was needed at the time. Paperwork was updated quickly, done easily, and she was available for questions. Finally, I received 5 or 6 offers within the first day, all well above listing price. She contacted me to let me know and really went through each offer and let me take time to decide. The integrity came into play when we did renegotiation of offers. Jenn contacted the possible buyers' agents and was fair and direct about the offers. She didn't drive anything up that the buyers would not have been comfortable with, or would have put them in an uncomfortable position. I sincerely appreciate that. As much as anyone would love to make bank on their house, I do absolutely refuse to be a part of a problem that is currently going on where each buyer is baited into higher and higher prices. Jenn was transparent and honest during the entire process. And I still got more than I expected from the sale of the home. This all came from hard work, amazing knowledge and fair negotiation.
