Jenn Irvin was willing to show us as many houses as it would take until we found the perfect home. She was very knowledgeable about price listings in every area we looked at homes. She was patient, friendly, and professional. She was easy to reach, returning phone calls very quickly and keeping us up to date with any new listings. In my opinion, we could not have found a better realtor anywhere. She is absolutely the best.

Choosing a realtor is a very important decision. You need a professional. The real estate market has ups and downs, and can change quickly. You need someone who understands this, is hardworking, knowledgeable, honest and represents your best interests. Jenn Irvin is definitely that person. Jenn was wonderful to work with. Her advice was excellent, and she listened and respected my concerns. I could not recommend her more highly!

I worked with Jenn Irvin on selling my house! Before she even put it on the market, she informed me of things that needed to be fixed so that I would not have any problems as I went into Escrow. As we went into the inspection, not one thing was required to be fixed because Jenn was on it. Jenn went over and beyond her job to make us happy. I would use her over and over again with any buying or selling needs I have. She informed me of everything I was signing before I even signed it. Any questions I had, she had the answer to it, and if she didn't, she found out the answer for me. She is a reliable agent and you will not go wrong with using her.

Jenn is that agent that will not only go the extra mile for you but double thst! Jenn is very knowledgeable, resourceful and the best customer service ever! If i still lived in the area i would use her, and we still do ask her questions on real estate stuff :).

My sale was a bit more complicated. I needed to sell a home that was tenant occupied and the buyer is the tenant. I tried 6 times will all failed results until I met Jenn. She stayed with me for nearly a year working out the hard details while others gave up. Its one thing to be a professional, but its another thing to care. Jenn is both which is very rare. Anything that could go wrong went wrong with the buyer. Jenn was persistent, she wouldn't take no for an answer and it paid off. If only I met Jenn earlier I wouldn't have to go through 6 failures previously and all the frustration with it. Jenn is my "REALTOR FOR LIFE"

It was great working with Jennifer for many reasons! First, she was super knowledgeable about the market in Apple Valley helping us narrow down are search. Having someone help us understand the area and what to look for was extremely helpful. Secondly, Jennifer did a great job of communicating with us, helping us understand where we were at in the process and what the next step was. Anytime we had a question she was helpful, being available when we needed her and responding to us quickly. And lastly, Jennifer had a network of connections that was super helpful when repairs on the house needed to be made.
