Jenn was amazing to work with! She was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter the time of day. She truly thought of everything, from the smallest details to the big picture, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Whenever any challenges arose, she was quick to address them and find solutions. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication made all the difference. I highly recommend Jenn to anyone looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond!

Selling of my past on moms home was bittersweet and I definitely had my sad moments. Jenn was caring, kind and at the same time very professional. She is truly a kind woman with a heart of gold.

I will always use Jenn as my agent

Best agent ever! Highly recommended.

So awesome to have someone well versed in the market. Jenn went above and beyond in answering all of the questions we had. Was able to trust the process and feel like we were getting the best options for our family.

Jenn is amazing at what she does. As a first time homebuyer I had little to no knowledge of how extensive and complex buying a home could be. Jenn was able to make the entire process very informative and enjoyable. I felt that Jenn was in my best interest and was honest and supportive throughout the home buying process.

It is a rare commodity to have found such a wonderful realtor. Jenn was involved at every step. She was available day and night to answer any inquiries we had regarding our purchase. In fact she was proactive in every phase of the process to inform us about our progress. Beyond the scope of her duties as a realtor she truly cared about our being satisfied with our decisions. Jenn’s great positive attitude, knowledge and outgoing personality made it a delight to work with her. Many thanks to her! Our highest endorsement when seeking a true professional in real estate. She’s a “Superstar”!!!

Jenn provided me absolute EXCEPTIONAL service! She took the time to explain every step of the process that I did not understand. I could tell that she loves her job and not just about making a sale. She made sure to always keep me in the loop and always communicated with me. I truly value and appreciate her professionalism. I would highly recommend her as a realtor to anyone I know. She goes above and beyond to make sure her client is satisfied and comfortable.

The most amazing agent ever. She went over and beyond to get my deal through. Working tirelessly and always a smile on her face! I could not have gotten through this without her on my side.

I would need hours to share what an amazing experience I had with Jenn Irvin. I immediately knew she was the right one for my needs. She immediately engaged herself into the sale. Was always readily available, knew what was going on with each step we took together. Kept me apprised of all offers, which ones made best sense, moved mountains and got us across the finish line. Since this was an "as is" in every term of the word, she got me top dollar. I'm so grateful for her. Thru tears of sorrow and joy we both experienced, I would never hesitate to call her friend. She is 5 star in my book!!

Jenn was SO thorough and knowledgeable about selling a difficult property. She scoped out all potential problems before listing and started a problem solving process right away. With problems identified and solved, the escrow process was smooth and trouble free, later on. She also navigated a disappointing “failure” when the first buyer “fell out.” She demonstrated a high degree of professionalism when the situation was tense. And, she went on to find another buyer (with a better offer,) within a short period of time. I would recommend Jenn without hesitation! THANK YOU, Jenn.

Jenn was in contact at all times , I personally recommend Jenn per my experience.
