Jenn was very responsive to my texts and calls, answering all my questions. It was my first time buying a home on my own, and I was nervous, but she led me through the process. When I needed quotes for repairs and didn't know who to contact, she made suggestions and also made calls to set up the appointments, which was a tremendous help.
