She also listened very carefully to what was important to me, made mental notes of this feedback and began the search. Throughout this journey, she projected ongoing patience, education and direction, which was quite prevalent for this first time homebuyer...I was very selective. (smile) Lastly, asking her very important questions about purchasing my first home was very comfortable and supportive.

Jenifer definitely exceeded my expectations throughout the home buying process! I met Jenifer at an open house and after talking with her for a short time I knew Jenifer was the right realtor for me. It did not take long to find a home I wanted. I decided on a new build home to purchase, but since this was a first for me, I had many questions over the course of a couple of months while the home was being completed. Jenifer was there every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable with how things were progressing. I did not live in the immediate area of my soon to be home, and Jenifer took it upon herself, and went out of her way, to send me weekly updates and photos as my home was being built. Just another thing that Jenifer did that I believe sets her apart from other realtors. In addition to Jenifer’s knowledge and professionalism, she has several other qualities that make her stand out. One of the things that was important to me was finding someone that listened to not only my wants and needs, but my fears or hesitations. I felt like I could talk through anything with Jenifer, just like I was talking to a friend. She was available any day or time that I needed her, and always stayed positive. I also appreciated how organized and on top of things Jenifer was. She set up appointment reminders and would email or text me in advance to verify I had what I needed for whatever was coming up next. I am a detail oriented and organized person myself, and for me, knowing that my realtor was on top of things or way ahead of the game, meant a lot. She is proactive and anticipated questions or concerns I may have had before I could even ask them. When making one of the largest purchases of your life, you want to know your realtor is on your side. Don’t wonder if they are… just use Jenifer!
