A friend of ours referred us to Julie and Jen and we are so happy we chose them to help us find our home. The process was pretty intense, especially for us first-time home buyers in this market, but they made it feel easy. They walked us through the various documents, handled negotiations *superbly*, and were in constant communication with us (and our lender, when necessary). The nice thing about them being a team is that one of them was always available for us throughout the entire process, from attending open houses to closing on our home. We went to see some really "adventurous" homes and they were up for it all. We could tell they were really routing for us and wanted our family to be happy with our purchase - it never felt as though they were just in it for the commission, there was never any pressure to go for homes that we didn't love or to offer over asking price, etc. (as it had been with the realtor we had before we met them). They simply shared their vast knowledge of the market so we were fully informed and ultimately let us make decisions that worked for us. They had our backs the whole way through, and even now after we've purchased the home we are still in contact. They check in on us, and have offered a number of recommendations for everything we need from handymen to pool companies. I'd 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a home.

She gets you what you want and need! She goes out of her way to make sure escrow goes smoothly and on time. She set up all the inspections right when escrow started to give plenty of time to decide on the home. Reviewed all contracts in great detailed and explained the whole process. Was always available to answer any questions and find out the answers needed so I can decided if the home was right for me and my family.

Jenifer is great. She is personable and knowledgeable and didn't waste our time showing listings that don't fit us. She really goes out of her way to get to know her clients and help them find a perfect home!
