Jenifer is such a hardworking individual that goes well beyond what is expected of a realtor. From the beginning to the end she worked tirelessly to take care of me and sell my house. She has such confidence in her abilities as a realtor that is so reassuring to me as a seller. Thank you Jenifer for your professional and personal attention in helping me sell my home.
If you want it done right, I HIGHLY recommend Jenifer Bulfer. She handled every step of the sales process--and stayed in constant contact with me throughout. From determining a reasonable asking price, through minor repairs, property cleaning and staging--to ultimately dealing with the title company, the HOA, and lenders--Jenifer was top notch. Jenifer was referred to me by a close friend--I have ZERO hesitancy in referring her to anyone seeking diligent, PROFESSIONAL representation in their real estate transaction.
Jenifer hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
