Janice and Brinkley Realty made my home buying experience extremely pleasant. She was always nice and friendly with my children and I. Jenice found lots of great properties that matched my wish list and was always timely with showings and other communication. She was also flexible with meeting on weekday evenings or the weekend to work with my schedule. Then, if I really liked a house and wanted to make an offer she would get it submitted right away. I loved the electronic viewing and signing option for all my documents as well. It was so simple and convenient. She shared her knowledge and even some referrals. Once we had an offer accepted, Janice kept up with my loan officer and others to make sure everything went smoothly with the closing. I was completely satisfied with Janice and the whole process. 🙂
