When we stepped in the very first time in the house that now is ours, we never imagined we would be able to buy it. Not because we couldn't afford the listing price but mainly because of the ugly market that everyone is aware of and the games that some people play just to make more money. I have seen so many ugly things from the realtors and I am telling this because I had 10 declined offers before I met Jenia. She was ALL THE TIME available and never missed my call. She replied in the PM even though she was out of town. With her I had the feeling of working with one of my family members through a common project, she made a huge SACRIFICE so that we can buy the house and not anyone else and this sacrifice was made because she wanted to be fair to both us and the seller. To me, trust has been always a main concern when it comes to a deal of over a million dollars and with her, I felt like I had a supportive agent and a second mom as an immigrant. It was a really pleasant life experience.
