We recently decided to move to the Grand Junction area from Denver. We decided to list with Jeni Van Ornum after we had secured a new place and jobs in GJ. While we were expecting a quick sell on our Denver home, we had a bit of a surprise awaiting us. The market slowed down. Jeni was awesome throughout the process though. She not only boosted our house on social media, but held numerous open houses and came up with multiple buyer/finance incentives to help entice potential buyers. While things took a little longer than expected, we ALWAYS felt that Jeni had our back and was working hard to find us a buyer.
