Jeni Spagnoli

Being new to Loudoun County 1 ½ years ago Jeni Spagnoli helped us find a home to rent. She understood our requirements and only showed us properties that met those needs. While it took about four months to find the perfect home, Jeni knew as soon as we pulled into the driveway, this was the home for us. Having grown fond of Loudoun County, we decided to purchase a home after 1 ½ years of renting. We again contracted with Jeni as our agent to help us find that perfect home, property, and location for our needs and [many] requirements. Jeni immediately set up our MLS search criteria specific to our family. While Jeni never tried to talk us out of a property, she knew our requirements well enough to provide her professional opinion and insight. She also previewed homes for us and saved us much valuable time. The home we purchased was a 'coming soon' Jeni had previewed. She immediately called us to view the home and by that same evening we made an offer on the home; a huge advantage in a tight seller's market. Jeni took her time in showing us properties and always made us feel we were her only clients. During the closing process, she handled all of the inspections and was in constant communications with our mortgage and title company. Many times, tasks were already taken care of for us. This was by far the easiest home transaction we have encountered.
