Jeni Hall did a GREAT job with helping me find and close on a home in the Lawrenceville, GA area. First of all, she narrowed our search to safer areas and and reviewed new openings daily during our search. She also was savvy in understanding the type of home I was looking for. Her personal interest in architecture gave me confidence that she was looking out for potential structural flaws in the houses we looked at. I also had confidence in her knowledge of “paperwork details” and process, and she was very adept at using computer programs to walk me through everything efficiently. She was constantly in touch with the owner’s realtor and my loan officer during negotiations and financial procedures, and they seemed to respect her professiomalism. She also was handy with names of trustworthy inspectors, etc. that she recommended. And after 22 successful years In the business she obviously knows what she is doing, and is very efficient.
