When it came time to sell our home, the market was a little sluggish so we needed a real estate professional who was proactive, knows the market and the competition, has good networking capabilities and who could price our home accurately to give us the best opportunity to secure a buyer. Although we did not wind up getting the price we were hoping for because of the market, our home is sold and closed and we have been able to move forward .
