When my mother decided last minute to sell her home 4 days before going on a month long trip we called on Jenelle. The next day Jenelle had a contract written up appointments made for pictures and a Notary to come out to us. She kept me updated on everything even helped with getting my moms house staged. The night before she listed it she asked me if my mom had any questions or concerns she Genuinely cares about her clients and is working in their best interest. On the Day of the listing it took 5 hours a full cash offer and we accepted the next day. So for 3 weeks , thats what it took to close Jenelle kept in touch I would get a call from the title company or the lawyers office and right after she would call to update me. At no point did I ever feel alone in this process she was with me every step of the way being that my mom was not present. Jenelle helped me sell my townhome and was able to get me a lease back for a few months while we searched for my dream home. Moving about an hour away Jenelle always made time to drive North any time something popped up. The very first house we looked at was the one, it had everything I ever wanted for my family and I. We decided to submit an offer and sadly someone beat us to it. Although that house was under contract I still wanted a home in the same neighborhood.
