Selling three investment properties a few states away seemed like a daunting task. If it wasn’t for Jenelle Harmon as our realtor, I’m sure it would have been. We felt 110% confident partnering with Jenelle to get these properties ready for sale, marketed and sold. The first one sold in record time, all cash. The second one was ready, put on the market and Covid lockdown hit California. This didn’t matter, Jenelle still sold it so fast and for a price we were very happy with. The third and final property sold for over ask and was a very easy close, again during Covid. Jenelle made the process so easy for us. She handled everything – from assessing the property for sales readiness, obtaining quotes, working with the contractors, providing design recommendations and of course all the typical realtor help around pricing strategy. While all the things mentioned so far were important to me, what my husband (also in sales) loved about Jenelle is her ability to look at a deal and determine which is best based on her client’s needs. We had multiple offers and she was able to analyst, recommend and guide us to the right decision. All three buyers closed, all three readiness projects were without stress and all three were over the price we anticipated.
