I had been speaking to Jena about listing my house for almost 2 years always reluctant on what I should do, I finally made the decision in April of 2022 to go for it! She had a photographer at my home within the week (the photos were nothing short of amazing) and we went live a week later. We hit the MLS on a Friday, had 2 showings on that Saturday and the second family fell in love that day and promised to send the contract that Monday. They offered $7,000 over asking and were extremely eager to set a move in date. We went to closing exactly 3 weeks after the offer was accepted. It was smooth and seamless and everything went according to plan. Jena offered to even help me pack, knowing I was doing it all by myself.
