Jena works very hard to make sure every build is completed on time, without issue and is what the customer wants. Jena gave us a timeline for our build and her team hit every date. The vendors we worked with to select interior items were all Wonderful. The contractors she hired were some of the best construction workers I have ever met. The home they built for us is amazing!. I referred my own daughter to Jena, and she has been wonderful for her as a realtor. I recommended Jena as a builder and as a realtor.

My wife and I met Jena at an open house when we were thinking of downsizing. Jena was extremely helpful. She set us up with search tools, and accompanied us to another home, even though we weren't officially clients yet. We later asked Jena to not only sell our current home, but also represent us with the building of our next home. Jena helped us with planning our house after we had seen the model homewhich I loved alot and the area that we would be building in which was beautiful, they are stand alone townhouses in Monticello MN, which impressed my husband and me, so we were not attached to anyone else.and they also have walking paths which we were interested in because we have a six pound Yorkshire Terrier Precious that we wanted to take on walks, which we do every day at least twice a day. We have met other people in our townhouse area which is very nice, as we are 81 years young this year.
