Jen is an absolute delight to work with. She was always quick to answer our questions and offer informed advice. She is extremely organized and did an excellent job of keeping us on task without being pushy. Having Jen on board to help sell our house really allowed us to focus on the more difficult task of finding a house in a crazy market. She gave us a lot of confidence and made the entire process easier and less stressful.
New residents to the area much less the state, we really needed a realtor that knew Savannah and the surrounding areas well. The best part about working with Jen is her response rate. Within a few hours, she not only personally emailed me back but answered all of my questions, had a few of her own, and never once pressured us to see anything unless we were ready. She stuck with us during a crazy housing market season and we were only available on weekends to tour as we lived out of state. Jen learned quickly what we liked/didn't like and showed us what was within budget. She gave it to us straight no matter the questions and that builds trust and equity over time. I would HIGHLY recommend her. She comes with experience, knowledge, and most importantly the patience of a saint. I am so thankful she answered my desperate plea to find a realtor. Jen sold our Isle of Hope home very quickly with little headache on our end. She was kind enough to work with us in a short time frame to make a contingency deal go through in the time we needed it to. She did thorough research on the neighborhood, priced our home right from the beginning, and got several offers within days. She is quick and efficient, uses a great photographer, and did a good job negotiating and making the deal happen as smoothly as possible. She is very sweet and personable. You can reach her by text at most hours of the day/night which is a plus since you're not always able to answer the phone.

Securing down payment assistance from GA Dream nearly tripled the time it took to close. We went from a closing date in December to a closing date at the beginning of Februrary. Jen was incredibly patient, and she helped assuage the sellers concerns even as the closing date was something of a moving target. Jen was instrumental in ensuring that the seller didn't back out of the deal. Today my wife and I are in a home and neighborhood that we absolutely love. We wouldn't have considered the options on the southside, but now we're sold!
