Jen helped sell my home in Port Townsend, Washington -- the Pacific Northwest – in mid-winter and mid-holiday season. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market and her profession so the fact the timing wasn’t ideal did not faze Jen. Together, we developed a plan. And including me in each step and getting my input was a huge plus. Jen took the time to get things right. No matter what complexity was thrown our way, Jen managed to keep the process smooth and seamless. She is professional yet personable as well. I genuinely enjoyed working with Jen. That’s important in any relationship but when you’re buying or selling a home, it can be stressful for everyone; however, Jen made me feel everything was under control and she was looking out for my best interest.
