In one memorable instance, we were preparing to put down an offer and Jen proactively uncovered critical information on a public database that the seller seemed to be intentionally masking. As a result, we didn't put down that offer. The information Jen found stopped us from making a potentially costly mistake. Jen is supportive throughout the entire process: Securing appointments, viewing properties, submitting offers, negotiating, and settling into a new home. Her contacts for home inspection and closing were all great as well. Jen had a great network of people which is extremely valuable when advertising and showing our home. She truly cares for her clients and it shows, she was with us every step of the process. Excellent communication and attention to detail was important with such a big investment. We ended up with a dozen offers, most of them higher than the listing and I credit that to her accurate listing price which created a tremendous amount of energy for the sale.
