Jen was a fantastic realtor. She was always very open about the entire process. I never felt like Jen was just trying to get me to buy a home for her to earn money. She was great about listening to the types of homes that interested me and never tried to push me past my budget. Jen was always available when I had questions or concerned - felt like I always had her attention when needed. I also was never caught off guard by costs - Jen did a great job of giving me a heads up of what I would need to spend and what it would be spent on. She also has really good connections for inspections and finding good mortgage rates. Her inspector found issues in homes that other inspects missed, that steered me away from homes that would have needed major repair if I had bought them. Throughout the process it felt like what motivated Jen was finding a home that would make me happy. It wasn't just a product to sell but helping people find a place they would be excited to come home to everyday. I would recommend Jen to anyone looking for a realtor - no question.

Jen is fabulous, super knowledgeable, and and was wonderful through the process. We lucked out with falling in love and purchasing the first and only home we went into but Jen kept us grounded and understanding of the process... even though all we were seeing was stars. Jen walked us through the various points of home purchasing, kept us on track with dates and deadlines, assisted in finding our broker (Mike is AMAZING), building inspector (yea Damon!) and various other inspectors for our home. Did I mention our offer was accepted 2 days before Thanksgiving and how impossible it was to try and keep all these crazy deadlines during the holiday season?!
