I had an amazing experience with her and knew I would be using her to sell my house as well when we were ready to move. She always keeps an open line of communication, responds quickly when I had questions, and fought for my best interest every step of the way. She made sure the seller got what they wanted so that we were able to close the deal without sacrificing what I needed as well. Everything worked out perfectly in the end and I could not be happier. Jen was a really good realtor. She’s very patient and we ask her questions. She answered them, if she don’t know the answer she will get the answers for you. The home I was selling was 70+ miles from Jen’s “home”. She was more than open to hearing my input on the listing price. She listed and sold it within a week. No easy sell as I have multiple dogs so if I was at work, she had to negotiate showings or drive down here to take care of my dogs so the showing could happen. AGAIN, ONE WEEK! IN A TURNING MARKET! She helped me with a very quick closing and a short term rental location near the desired area for my relocation.
