I have listed homes with over a dozen realtors, and Jen is the best of the best. She was so helpful getting the property ready to list while I was out of town. Jen was honest and responsive throughout the whole process. The pictures, videos, and marketing of my home were second to none. All of this made the transaction seamless. Would highly recommend!
I really can't say enough good things about Jen. She really made us feel like achieving our goals and selling our home was her priority. She left no details unattended, and was always there whenever needed to problem solve or oversee the situations. She guided us through and made it feel easy. She made our house appear it's best and was always present for showings. Plus she deals with everything with a smile and a great attitude which is so comforting during the stressful times. And it paid off with us selling our house much faster than expected, and for the price we wanted. Thank you Jen!!!
Jen had humor, good judgement, and the ability to “go with the flow”. She was able to pivot with our desires, from changing price strategies to considering rental properties, and back again to purchasing. We liked her easy going but gentle guidance throughout our whole adventure and now consider her our one and only Las Vegas realtor as well as a good friend.
This is the second home I've purchased with Jen DeBough, and once again, she exceeded every expectation. Her knowledge of the Las Vegas market is outstanding, and she consistently provides valuable insights that help us make confident, informed decisions. Jen is incredibly detail-oriented and always thinking several steps ahead. She anticipates challenges, catches things we would never have thought to ask about, and keeps every part of the process running smoothly. Beyond the transaction itself, she has been an amazing resource for design ideas, renovation plans, and home improvement projects, and her network of trusted professionals has been invaluable. Just as important, Jen is genuinely fun to work with. She combines expertise, professionalism, and a personal touch that makes the entire experience really enjoyable. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated realtor who truly goes above and beyond for her clients!
Jen DeBough provided exceptional services during the entire home sale process. What I appreciate most about Jen is her style of communication. She is quick to respond, and she anticipates needs. This removes stress from the seller and allows them to focus on other priorities. Jen takes care of every detail along the way, ensuring you have a stress- free experience. Her attention to detail and cleanliness is top- notch. I would highly recommend Jen to family, friends, and anyone in need of professional real estate services! Thank you, Jen!
Always responsive. Great pulse on the market. Willing to go above and beyond to show up for inspections, car deliveries, and anything else you might think of. Gave us the appropriate feedback and insight whether we wanted to hear it or not. Always executed on the things we agreed to. And fast! No time was wasted. Jen made a remote offer process and closing completely straightforward. Every detail was handled before, during and after the close. I would recommend Jen without hesitation.
I feel like we hit the jackpot with Jen as our realtor. We made our purchase from out of state, and Jen served as the Local Beacon helping us find the home we envisioned. Jen was always responsive; took the time to find out what mattered to us and gave us brazen honesty when she could see we were considering a home that wouldn't properly suit us. She made everything as seamless as possible and always went the extra mile, even working with our lender to make sure everything was lined up. While buying and selling a home is so taxing, she made this an enjoyable journey! While I feel like we owe Jen after all she did for us, I also feel indebted to the person who referred us to Jen! Forever thankful!
Working with Jen was an amazing experience from start to finish. She guided me through everything from selecting the lot and design options to attending construction meetings and frame walks. I was even out of town for the final walk, and she handled it for me without missing a detail. Jen is knowledgeable, proactive, and truly has your back every step of the way. I could not recommend her more.
Jen was a joy to work with. She spent time understanding our selling objectives and helping us set realistic expectations. Through multiple conversations, she shared her depth of real estate experience without ever talking down to us. She gave good advice that helped us prepare for the sale of our home. We listed the house right before Thanksgiving and we had multiple offers within a few days. It sold so fast we had to scramble to find temporary housing before Christmas, but that was a great problem to have. We highly recommend Jen as an expert in her field and a wonderful real estate partner and friend.

Jen is the absolute best! Professional, prepared and hard-working. She always had our best interest in mind. She advised us through the sales process from listing to getting the house ready to sell to negotiating and finalizing the terms of the transaction. I could not imagine anyone doing a better job.
Jen is absolutely the best. Professional, hard working and committed to her clients. You could not make a better choice.
