We started by interviewing 8 local real estate agents at our home, of which one was Jeffrie Swigart. Most of the agents we interviewed were quick to ask for the listing. Jeffrie, on the other hand, sat down for over an hour and discussed our goals and plans for selling our home. Mr. Swigart is an excellent agent and we can't imagine having anyone else represent our property. We have an unusual property, a 20 acre horse ranch and there were no comps available. Mr. Swigart had all rhe connections and tools to close our escrow. I dont believe anyone else would gave devoted the time and effort required to close the deal. Excellent communication. We are very happy with Mr. Swigart and his team!
