Jeff was a complete change from my previous realtor in all the best ways! I work nights and felt like I was doing all the work with the previous realtor and then we could only look at houses on her schedule which would sometimes be days away and after I worked long shifts. Jeff knew what I was looking for, and would send me options, but also give me all the freedom to look at everything I wanted and he'd book it and we could go as soon as that day or the next. The flexibility and ability to see something so quickly was essential in the sellers market we're in right now. He has an amazing attitude and personality that made all the showings fun and showed the potential in all houses so I could see how I could make it work for my situation. He pointed out things other people might notice but being a first time homebuyer, I definitely wasn't looking at, which made my parents very happy that someone was looking out for me when they weren't there! We ran into many problems with the market, my job creating issues with pre-approval numbers and he adjusted the plan, talked to other professionals to see how we could stick with a plan that I wanted and if we couldn't, we found a new plan. When it seemed like there was nothing left, he got the most creative and I ended up getting me a home that I couldn't be happier with! I'd love to gatekeep Jeff, but he's too good to keep a secret! He's professional, hardworking and you will not regret choosing to work with him at all!

Where do I start!? JEFF IS AMAZING, a true 12/10 realtor, we were first time buyers and didn’t know much about the home buying process but Jeff explained EVERYTHING to us and answered every question we had, he’s super responsive and knowledgeable. He stayed in contact with us nearly everyday up until closing and even contacted us afterwards to see how things were going!
