It was our great fortune to have Jeff Viselli as our realtor. We wanted an agent that was experienced and effective and he delivered that and then some. He made us feel valued and supported the first time we talked and every time we talked. He always gave us a feeling that our purchase was the most important thing to him. He gave us the confidence and trust to know we were going to buy the best home in the best area. He listened and collected information on what was important to us and guided us to picking out homes to look at. He helped us get a great buy on the one we picked even in a seller’s market. He was accessible and answered our calls or got right back to us. He was always personable, professional, and pleasant. He shared his experience and knowledge to make sure our home was a quality home. He went over the inspection report with us and asked the sellers to fix a few things. He worked hard and quickly on the closing. He recommended insurance agents and worked collaboratively with the bank and title company. He stayed close to us to make sure our move in went well. He set the temperature and humidity because we couldn’t be there right away. He gave us the rundown on maintaining our HVAC system which was new to us. He helped us get our gate passes and figure out trash pickup. There is much more I can write but I will just say I would use no-one else but Jeff. He is exceptional person and by far the best relator I have ever worked with. I highly recommend him without any reservation you will be glad you did.
