Working with Jeff was a very memorable experience and after using multiple realtors, Jeff was the one we landed on. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and always available when I needed to talk to him. When looking at homes, he was honest and would give me feedback on homes both positive and negative, which helped a lot because it made me feel like I can trust him and he wasn’t just trying to sell me any home. There were multiple times where sellers said they liked him over other agents due to his charm and kind nature. He also doesn’t over-step, always making sure I was comfortable and didn’t push a decision onto us which was awesome. But I think my favorite part about Jeff was reassurance. Whenever I was stressing or scared, he would always reassure me things were going to be good and that it’s going to work. He put in the work to make sure things were going to work so I wouldn’t have to worry. Really great realtor. Already recommending to others.

Quick sale of property

Jeff displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the sale of our house. We had had an unusual situation with this sale and jeff was proactive thoughout to make this happen. Jeff made me feel I could trust him from the start and he did not let me down. I will use him as my agent for any future sales or purchases I may make. I could not be happier with the job he did for me.

Jeff went above and beyond to help me in the sell of my grandfathers house. This was my first sale and he helped me understand the whole process, as well as helped me better understand our Trust that was involved. From moving stuff from the property, the repair workers, to the cleaning works, to the open houses, to ensuring everything was completed timely and the sell went through, he was right there every minute and every step of the way. He helped in getting our property up to standards as well as helped obtain a decent price. I not only felt comfortable, but felt relieved he was my agent. I’m very grateful and will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend him.
