Jeff understood that had a time issue ( we live in Florida & just visiting). He made himself available ever time we called. We found the house we wanted and he helped us get access for measurements (again limited time in Pa). He was available every step of the way.

When we finally saw our house, it felt like home when entered. We have no buyer’s remorse and it’s all because of who our real estate agent was! Jeff was so hands-on when I was starting to by my house. He created an account for me to filter my needs. He was so patient with me when I request to view houses until I found the one. He also has knowledge with what is inside the house, what to expect, resources to research for certain conditions. The communication is so easy and smooth with him. He will help you to get things you needed to be done. He keeps me up to date with the processes and if there is communication needed with the seller. The overall process was smooth and would highly recommend him.

After 8 months and multiple offers on different homes we finally went under agreement. The sellers agent was the worst ever and delayed closing for 2 months. Jeff remained professional and was there at every turn with advice that kept us calm. We will definitely be coming back for his services when we upgrade and rent our current home.
