Stay clear!!! Jeffrey represented me on buying my home. I found out very shady things Jeffrey would do behind both parties back; he stayed in contact with inspector, appraiser, and loan officer to use in his favor. Jeffrey did not have my (his client) best interest at all. He did and will do anything just to make a commission... even if that means screwing his clients and not disclosing all information!! Find a different realtor if you don't want to be cheated or lied to. He lied about his commission which he volunteered to cut, to make the deal work; when confronted about it the night before closing he said he would work it out at closing and then he didn't show up.

Jeffery was extremely easy to work with! We were recommended him by a friend and could not have been more pleased with our buying processs. We having already recommended him to other people and will use him when we sell our old house that we are currently renting. He was very prompt to return any questions we had and we always new where we stood in the process. A+++
